1. DURATION:

• Hours per video: Approx 1.5 to 2 hours
• No. of Video files: as per recording of the latest batch
• Storage Space: as per the number of classes

2. AMENDMENTS:  

• Necessary amendments, if any, will be provided.

3. DELIVERY:

• Will be dispatched to the address within 3-4 Working Days from the date of order placed.

4. VIDEO VALIDITY AND EXTENSION:

• VALIDITY – 6 MONTHS
• EXTENSION IS NOT POSSIBLE.
• VIEWS: UNLIMITED VIEWS.  If views are lost due to technical issues faced while playing the videos, it will be restored only when views get fully exhausted. The errors need to be reported with attached snapshots at the earliest and send to our email id.

6. SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS:

• LAPTOP CLASSES:

• Classes will play through Software and it will be run /install in Laptop should have required specification of 2 GB RAM or more & 32-Bit Operating System or more. Temp files should be deleted from C Drive, and should not have several movies, files, etc on its hard disk.
• The Operating System of Laptop must be Windows 7 Professional only or more and not IOS.
• Earphone, for better concentration and audio quality.

• MOBILE APP CLASSES

• Classes will play only in Android.
• CLASSES ARE NOT IN DOWNLOADABLE FORMAT. IT WILL BE IN STREAMING MODE, JUST LIKE YOUTUBE.
• INTERNET AVAILABILITY WILL BE COMPULSORY FOR STREAMING THE CLASSES.
• PENDRIVE CLASS WILL NOT WORK IN MOBILE APP.
• Model of the android mobile must be of YEAR - 2019 or above, otherwise classes won’t support. Minimum 3GB RAM required.

7. UNINSTALL / DISABLE:
   • Disable- Remote Desktop Connection from control panel.
   • Uninstall- Antivirus - MacAfee/ Avast / Avg or any other free antivirus software are not supported. Turn off windows firewall if not using any antivirus. During the time the videos are being played on your system.

IMPORTANT POINTS:

• • Handouts, if any, will be provided only in soft copy mode.
  • We do not transfer google drive/ pendrive classes to mobile app classes and vice versa.
  • You have to install your classes within 15 days otherwise your classes will expire without any refund.
  • If you have purchase for pendrive then some of the classes may be done in google drive mode.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Lectures can be played in LAPTOP ONLY and not in Desktop.
• Video Class is for Single User and Single Laptop only.
• In case of system update/ crash/ format / any other reason requiring reactivation of lectures, there shall be a charge of Rs. 500. Also, if a new Activation Key is to be generated. it shall be charged at its cost. However, it is to be noted that if the reason of system crash or format seems suspicious to RSA Management, it may decide not to reactivate the lectures, for which its decision shall be final and binding.

• OS NOT Compatible with – Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 Starter, Windows 7 Basic, Windows 7 N Edition, Windows 7 KN Edition
• RAM 2 GB Free memory (Minimum)
• Processor – Core 2 Duo 1.5 GHz and above, Celeron Dual Core 1.5 GHZ and above, Intel Atom Quad Core 1.5 GHZ and above.

 

We advise the students to watch the lectures in Laptop only however if any student doesn’t have laptop & wants to watch lectures in mobile, then they should keep in mind following points.

Mobile must confirm with following specifications:

• 3 GB RAM (Minimum)
• 32 GB Internal Memory
• Quad Core CPU
• Android version 7.0 & above
• Model of mobile should be of year 2020 & above
• Lectures won’t run in Motorola device.

While purchasing the lectures, select ‘Google Drive’ option and place the order.

 

For Lectures Installation

• You may be required to disable or uninstall the antivirus to play the lectures.
• After activating the key, system cannot be changed due to any reason.
• Lectures can’t be shifted to another laptop.
• Laptop should not be formatted after activation of key. If formatted, it will be the decision of RSA Management whether to renew the lectures or not.

 

Extension Policy

• REGULAR Lectures – If the validity of 6 months has expired but the student has not viewed the full lectures, the validity (not the views) can be extended by another 2 months on payment of Extension Charges of Rs. 1900 (per subject). Please note that Extension Period of 2 months shall start from the date of Expiry of Lectures.
• FAST TRACK Lectures – If the validity of 3 months has expired but the student has not viewed the full lectures, the validity (not the views) can be extended by another 1 month on payment of Extension Charges of Rs. 1100 (per subject). Please note that Extension Period of 1 month shall start from the date of Expiry of Lectures.
• To avail extension, you need to send an email mentioning your URN No. with a request for Extension to the RSA Official email id (the same email id from which you received your activation key).
