GOOGLE DRIVE CLASSES TERMS & DESCRIPTIONS:

FOR CA INTER MAY’22 TERM ALL SUBJECTS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN FACE-TO-FACE, LIVE AT HOME ALONG WITH GOOGLE DRIVE/MOBILE BACKUP. HOWEVER, LAW LIVE AT HOME BATCH WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH ONLY AND ITS HINDI+ENGLISH BATCH NEW RECORDINGS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON GOOGLE DRIVE/MOBILE APP.

 

MEPL RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO TRANSFER FACE-TO-FACE BATCH STUDENTS INTO LIVE AT HOME BATCH FOR ANY REASONS WHATSOEVER WITHOUT ANY KIND OF COMPENSATION. HOWEVER, STUDENTS WILL CONTINUE TO RECEIVE LIVE AT HOME CLASSES ALONG WITH ITS GOOGLE DRIVE/MOBILE BACKUP.

DEVICE TRANSFER IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

1. DURATION:

5. Hours of per video: Approx 1.5 to 2 hours
5. No. of Video files: as per recording of the latest batch
5. Storage Space: as per the number of classes

2. AMENDMENTS:  Necessary amendments if any will be provided.

3. DELIVERY: Will be dispatched to the address within 3-4 Working Days from the date of order placed.

4. VIDEO VALIDITY AND EXTENSION:

5. Validity - 3 MONTHS / 6 MONTHS / 9 MONTHS / 1 YEAR as per enrolment.
5. EXTENSION IS NOT POSSIBLE
5. Views: UNLIMITED VIEWS.  If views are lost due to technical issues faced while playing the videos, they will be restored only when views get fully exhausted. The errors need to be reported with attached snapshots at the earliest to our email id.

5. REFUND POLICY:

5. As of now, we do not provide any option for the cancellation of products and/or services you have purchased.                                                          
5. Once a product/service has been purchased by you, we cannot provide any refund, either totally or partially.                                         
5. We suggest that first, you go through the demos and/or free-to-use contents/products/services   before          you      purchase.

7. BATCH TRANSFER: Enrolment is for the specific batch only. Batch transfers are not permitted.

9. SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS:

LAPTOP / DESKTOP / COMPUTER CLASSES:

5. Classes will play through Software and it will be run /install in both Laptop & Desktop / Computer (Computer /Desktop Monitor size should not be more than 17” inches) should have required specification of 2 GB RAM or more & 32-Bit Operating System or more. Temp files should be deleted from C Drive, and should not have several movies, files, etc on its hard disk.
5. The Operating System of Laptop / Computer / Desktop must be Windows 7 Professional only or more and not IOS.
5. Earphone, for better concentration and audio quality.

PENDRIVE CLASS WILL NOT WORK IN THE MOBILE APP.

10. UNINSTALL / DISABLE*:

5. Disable- Remote Desktop Connection from control pan
5. Uninstall- Antivirus - MacAfee/ Avast / AVG or any other free wares are not supported. Turn off the windows firewall if not using any antivirus. * During the time the videos are being played on your system.

 

IMPORTANT POINTS:

5. HANDOUTS IF ANY WILL BE PROVIDED ONLY IN SOFT COPY MODE.
5. WE DO NOT TRANSFER GOOGLE DRIVE/ PENDRIVE CLASSES TO MOBILE APP CLASSES AND VICE VERSA.
5. YOU HAVE TO INSTALL YOUR CLASSES WITHIN 15 DAYS OTHERWISE your classes will expire without any refund.
