1. DURATION:
   • Hours per video: Approx 1.5 to 2 hours
   • No. of Video files: as per recording of the latest batch
   • Storage Space: as per the number of classes
2. AMENDMENTS:  

• Necessary amendments, if any, will be provided.

3. DELIVERY:
   • Will be dispatched to the address within 3-4 Working Days from the date of order placed.
4. VIDEO VALIDITY AND EXTENSION:
   • VALIDITY - 1 YEAR
   • EXTENSION IS NOT POSSIBLE.
   • VIEWS: UNLIMITED VIEWS.  If views are lost due to technical issues faced while playing the videos, they will be restored only when views get fully exhausted. The errors need to be reported with attached snapshots at the earliest and send to our email id.

6. SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS:

• LAPTOP / DESKTOP / COMPUTER CLASSES:

• Classes will play through Software and it will be run /install in both Laptop & Desktop / Computer (Computer /Desktop Monitor size should not be more than 17” inches) should have required specification of 2 GB RAM or more & 32-Bit Operating System or more. Temp files should be deleted from C Drive, and should not have several movies, files, etc on its hard disk.
• The Operating System of Laptop / Computer / Desktop must be Windows 7 Professional only or more and not IOS.
• Earphone, for better concentration and audio quality.
• MOBILE APP CLASSES
• Classes will play only in Android.
• CLASSES ARE NOT IN DOWNLOADABLE FORMAT. IT WILL BE IN STREAMING MODE, JUST LIKE YOUTUBE.
• INTERNET AVAILABILITY WILL BE COMPULSORY FOR STREAMING THE CLASSES.
• PENDRIVE CLASS WILL NOT WORK IN MOBILE APP.
• Model of the android mobile must be of YEAR - 2019 or above, otherwise classes won’t support. Minimum 3GB RAM required.

7. UNINSTALL / DISABLE:
   • Disable- Remote Desktop Connection from control panel.
   • Uninstall- Antivirus - MacAfee/ Avast / Avg or any other free antivirus software are not supported. Turn off windows firewall if not using any antivirus. During the time the videos are being played on your system.

IMPORTANT POINTS:

• • Handouts, if any, will be provided only in soft copy mode.
  • We do not transfer google drive/ pendrive classes to mobile app classes and vice versa.
  • You have to install your classes within 15 days otherwise your classes will expire without any refund.
  • If you have purchase for pendrive then some of the classes may be done in google drive mode.

DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES OF DIRECT TAX BY CA SAHIL JAIN:

Basic details about the batch:–

• These are CA Intermediate Paper 4A, i.e. Income Tax classes (Old & New Course).
• These are the latest classes for May’22 & Nov’22 attempts.
• A mix of Hindi & English will be used in these classes.

How will you be taught?

• If you’ve failed previously before opting for this batch, your answer script will be evaluated personally by Sahil Sir to tell you the areas that you need to improve upon in this batch.
• You will start studying every chapter from the classes along with our Direct Tax Capsules.
• In every chapter, you will be taught the in-depth logic behind each topic that will help you not just clear the exams, but also ace the tax consultancy business.
• Along with logics, you will be given learning techniques for various important topics.
• For practice of Questions, we will cover multiple resources like ICAI’s Study Material, Past Year Questions, Mock Test Papers, etc. Also, we will practice tricky and interesting questions from the studymat of CS Course and CMA Course to further improve your grip over subject.
• While practicing questions, you will be given certain Formats for each chapter which will help you crack questions of that specific chapter and almost eliminate the chances of error in exam.
• You will also be given Presentation Tips which will help your answer sheet look more legible and improve your chances of scoring high.
• You will be taught a 1/4th Revision Rule to revise everything quickly in the shortest possible duration.
• After completing a chapter, you will receive Video & Audio Revision Clips that you will use to learn everything along with the classes.
• After having learned everything in the chapter, you will be provided with MCQ Tests to check your preparation of that chapter.
• After completing the entire syllabus like this, you will receive 1 complimentary 100 marker Mock Test of entire syllabus, which will be checked personally by Sahil Sir and returned to you with suggestions to improve.
• If you opt for it, you will be allocated a group of study buddies who have joined the same batch as you and you can communicate with them to help each other throughout your CA Journey.
• For doubt resolution, the phone number of student will be saved in Sir’s personal phone to prioritise resolving your queries over whatsapp. Typically, every doubt of a student is always replied to by sir within a day.
• Any amendments which are introduced by ICAI in syllabus from time-to-time will be taught to the students for free.

Technical Details about the batch:-

• These classes can be played on a windows desktop/laptop or an android smartphone.
• You can watch each lecture 2 times and these classes can be watched up to 1 year from the date of activation.
• Post-purchase, you will receive the class activation key on your mail-id.

Pendrive details about the classes:-

These classes will be delivered to the student via Pen Drive. Students can transfer the class to their desktop/laptop/mobile from the pen drive and play them offline as per their convenience.
